About this event

Roll, slice and plate your own sushi under a chef who makes it look effortless. You'll learn to properly handle rice, fish and a knife, then build a set you're genuinely proud of. It's hands-on, low-pressure and surprisingly social; the shared table does the introductions for you. Tuesday evening in Şişli. You leave a little better at something new, and a few names richer.
