Privacy & KVKK Notice

RevenueCat × Neon Apps Istanbul App Week is organised by Neon Apps (the “data controller”). For any privacy request, contact support@neonapps.co.

Depending on how you use the site, we may process:

• Account & profile: email address, name, company and role.
• RSVPs: which events you request, your status and check-in.
• Event proposals: the event you'd like to co-host, who it's for, audience size, your name, company, website and LinkedIn links.
• Technical: a cookie storing your session and language preference; a hashed IP address used only to rate-limit the proposal form.

To run the event: to let you browse and RSVP to events, to review and respond to your requests and proposals, to contact you with essential updates about events you join, and to keep the platform secure.

We rely on your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1, GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) for the proposal form and announcement emails, and on our legitimate interest / performance of the event for running your account and RSVPs. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Data is stored on Supabase (database & auth) and emails are sent via Resend, acting as our processors. We don’t sell your data or share it for advertising. We keep it only for the planning and running of the event, then delete or anonymise it.

Under KVKK Art. 11 and the GDPR you can access, correct, or delete your data, and object to processing. You can:

• Edit your profile any time at /me.
• Delete your account and all associated data yourself from /me → Delete my data.
• Unsubscribe from announcement emails via the link in any email, or the toggle in your profile.
• Email support@neonapps.co for any other request.

We use only strictly-necessary cookies: one to keep you signed in and one to remember your language choice. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
