Privacy & KVKK Notice

RevenueCat × Neon Apps Istanbul App Week is organised by Neon Apps (the “data controller”). For any privacy request, contact support@neonapps.co.

Depending on how you use the site, we may process:

• Event sign-ups: registration for every event happens on that event's own Luma page, under Luma's privacy policy. Once you are approved for an event, your name and the LinkedIn profile you gave at registration are shown in the guest list on that event's page here, together with how many people are going, pending or waitlisted. To be left off, email support@neonapps.co and we remove you from every list.
• Organizer accounts: for the Neon Apps team running the programme, an email address and name.
• Event proposals: the event you'd like to co-host, who it's for, audience size, your name, company, website and LinkedIn links.
• Technical: a cookie storing your session and language preference; a hashed IP address used only to rate-limit the forms.
• Event updates: if you sign up for new-event emails, your email address, when you consented and which page you signed up on. You can leave with the link in every email, and we keep the record of your consent and of when you left.

To run the week: to publish the programme, to review and respond to event proposals, and to keep the site secure.

We rely on your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1, GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) for the proposal form, and on our legitimate interest / performance of the event for publishing the programme and running organizer accounts. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Data is stored on Supabase (database & auth) and emails are sent via Resend, acting as our processors. We don’t sell your data or share it for advertising. We keep it only for the planning and running of the event, then delete or anonymise it.

Under KVKK Art. 11 and the GDPR you can access, correct, or delete your data, and object to processing. You can:

• Ask us for a copy of anything we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
• For anything to do with an event's guest list, contact the partner hosting it or Luma - that data is not ours.
• Email support@neonapps.co for any other request.

We use only strictly-necessary cookies: one that keeps an organizer signed in to the console, and one that remembers your language choice. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
