The week opens on the water. A small fleet pushes off into the Bosphorus at dusk, founders spread across the decks as the strait turns gold, then dark. No badges, no agenda, just slow conversation, cold drinks, and two continents lit up on either side. By the time the Asian shore goes quiet, you'll have met half the people you came to find.
