A guided ride through the wooded trails north of the city, matched to your comfort level whether or not you've been on a horse before. Instructors cover the basics, then it's open air, birdsong and a rare hour completely off your phone. Something about moving at a horse's pace resets the head. Saturday late morning in Sariyer: small group, calm setting, and real talk between founders who needed the break.
