Temper, mould and taste your way through a hands-on session with a chocolatier who lets you get properly involved. You'll learn how good chocolate is actually made, then make and eat your own. It's sweet, tactile and hard to leave, the kind of relaxed room where conversation comes easily. Wednesday afternoon in Karakoy. You go home with a box of what you made and a few new contacts.
