Learn kintsugi, the Japanese craft of mending broken pottery with gold so the repair becomes the most beautiful part. A guide walks you through both the technique and the philosophy behind it: imperfection, resilience, the value in something that's been through a lot. It's a meditative hour, hands busy and head clear. Wednesday afternoon in Karakoy, and quietly one of the most memorable things you'll do all week.
