Get behind the bar and learn to shake, stir and build the classics, with a pro talking you through each one. You'll leave with three drinks in your repertoire and, more usefully, a few new names in your phone. It's hands-on and social by design; mixing and tasting together does the introductions for you. Friday evening in Cihangir. Equal parts skill and good time.
