Split into teams and cook against the clock, with a chef calling the shots and keeping score. Expect big flavours, friendly sabotage and the particular bonding that only happens over a shared cutting board. No culinary experience required; the chef runs every station, you bring the competitive streak. Thursday evening in Besiktas. When the timer stops, you sit down and eat what you made, together.
