A gentle, all-levels flow by the water in Bebek as the light goes soft over the city. Instructor-led, mats provided, zero experience required. Twenty-odd minutes in, the travel loosens out of your shoulders and the noise in your head quiets down. It's a grounding way to bookend a full week, with a calm crowd and a wide-open view. Saturday; stay for the easy conversation after.
